Central Pattana reports that the Central Park development in Silom has reached 25 million visits in its inaugural year, with international tourists accounting for 10 million.
According to a report by Khaosod English, the Central Park mixed-use development in Bangkok’s Silom district has concluded its first year of operations with significant foot traffic. The developer, Central Pattana, announced on September 4, 2026, that the destination recorded over 25 million visits during its first 12 months.
Of these visitors, more than 10 million were international travelers, highlighting the site's appeal as a major tourist destination in the capital. Central Pattana also noted that the retail space within the development has achieved nearly 100% occupancy, suggesting strong commercial performance and high demand from both local and global brands.
For residents and travelers, this milestone underscores the Silom area's ongoing transformation into a high-density hub for shopping and leisure. The high volume of visitors suggests that the area will likely remain a central point for tourism activity in Bangkok.
