Lucky Air Commences Direct Flights Between Kunming and Udon Thani

According to Khaosod English, Udon Thani Airport has officially inaugurated a new direct charter flight route connecting the northeastern Thai city with Kunming, China. The service is operated by Lucky Air and is scheduled to run twice a week.

Deputy Transport Minister Phattharaphong Phattharaprasit stated that the launch of this route is strategically timed to support the province as it prepares to host the Udon Thani International Horticultural Expo 2026-2027. By establishing this direct link, officials aim to facilitate easier access for international visitors planning to attend the upcoming horticultural event.
