Actress Sananthachat Thanapatpisal has reported a suspicious incident to the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau involving an individual claiming to represent high-ranking police officials.
On September 4, 2026, Thai actress Sananthachat 'Fon' Thanapatpisal, accompanied by her legal counsel, filed a formal complaint with the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB) in Bangkok. According to reports from Khaosod Online, the actress was contacted via the LINE messaging application by an unidentified individual using the alias 'Mint.'
The individual claimed to be working for the Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police and suggested that a 'high-ranking official' was interested in the actress. Sananthachat and her legal team believe this is a new tactic employed by scammers to exploit the names of public figures and law enforcement officials. The purpose of the police report is to protect the actress's reputation and to prevent the misuse of the Royal Thai Police's image.
