A 39-year-old woman was hospitalized following a collision involving her ex-husband in Kamphaeng Phet province.
On the morning of August 4, 2026, a serious traffic incident occurred in the Tha Makhuea sub-district of Khlong Khlung, Kamphaeng Phet. According to reports from Khaosod Online Thailand, a 39-year-old woman was injured after her motorcycle was struck by a black Honda Civic. The victim was transported to Khlong Khlung Hospital for medical treatment.
Police investigators, led by Deputy Inspector Chaiya Thaweepon of the Khlong Khlung Police Station, identified the driver of the sedan as the victim's 41-year-old ex-husband. Surveillance footage reportedly shows the sedan following the motorcycle from the Tha Makhuea intersection before the collision, which dragged the motorcycle approximately 200 meters. The suspect allegedly attempted to reverse toward the victim after the initial impact. Reports indicate the suspect claimed the act was motivated by distress over the victim’s social media posts regarding a new relationship.
