On September 4, 2026, Krungthai Bank and AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced a collaborative housing campaign titled 'Smooth Installment 0% for 5 Years.' According to Khaosod Online, the initiative is designed to assist prospective homeowners by offering a 0% interest rate for the first five years on twin homes located across 80 projects in Bangkok and its surrounding metropolitan areas.
To qualify, customers must receive loan approval and complete the mortgage registration with Krungthai Bank between August 17, 2026, and December 30, 2026. Following the initial five-year period, the interest rate will adjust to MLR-0.825%. The starting price for properties included in this promotion is 2.99 million THB.
