According to a report by Prachachat Business, SCG JWD Logistics (SJWD) has announced a collaboration with Krungthai Bank to issue new digital debentures. The financial instrument has a maturity period of three years and six months, offering an interest rate ranging from 2.95% to 3.20% per annum, with interest payments scheduled every three months.
For residents and investors in Thailand, these debentures will be available for subscription exclusively through the 'Paotang' mobile application. The subscription period is scheduled to run from September 18 to September 22, 2026. Dr. Ekapong Tangsrisanguan, Chief Financial Officer of SJWD, confirmed the details of the offering.
