Search Continues for Missing Woman Last Seen in Kanchanaburi
Authorities and family members are searching for 33-year-old Wichuda, who has been missing for seven days after leaving with her boyfriend.
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, 33-year-old Wichuda, known as 'Lookpla,' has been missing for seven days. She was last seen on the evening of August 28, 2026, at her sister’s residence in Lat Ya, Kanchanaburi. CCTV footage captured her arriving at the location before her boyfriend, identified as 'Nut,' arrived by car to pick her up.
Concerns for her safety have escalated as her family has been unable to reach her since that night. When family members contacted Nut, he denied being with her, contradicting the timeline established by the surveillance footage. The family noted that it is highly uncharacteristic for Wichuda to be away from her 13-year-old son for such an extended period.
Recent updates indicate that the vehicle involved in the incident was spotted in Chiang Mai. However, neither Wichuda nor Nut has been located as of September 4, 2026. Rapi Chamnanruea, a figure known for assisting in previous high-profile investigations, has become involved in the case.
