Sansiri Announces Acquisition of The Lake Como EDITION in Italy

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, the Thai property developer Sansiri is in the process of closing a deal to acquire 100% ownership of 'The Lake Como EDITION,' a luxury hotel asset located in Italy. The transaction is valued at approximately 200 million euros.

Napat Taweesin, President of International Operations at Sansiri and Managing Director of the Sansiri Capital fund, stated that this acquisition represents a strategic move to develop a 'New S-Curve' for the company. The goal is to enhance financial resilience and diversify the firm's portfolio within the global luxury hospitality sector. The company is specifically targeting 'Ultra-Luxury Trophy Assets' situated in major gateway cities.
