Chaiyanok has denied allegations of manipulating AI Pass user figures, citing internet inequality as the primary reason for a recent decline in registrations.
According to a report by Thai Post on September 3, 2026, Chaiyanok has addressed public concerns regarding the TH-AI Passport system. Amidst online discussions regarding potential inaccuracies in AI output, Chaiyanok clarified that such issues might stem from the use of incorrect model types and suggested that users rely on previously established AI data connections.
Regarding the platform's performance, Chaiyanok firmly denied allegations that user statistics were being manipulated, asserting that all data remains transparent and verifiable. Currently, the system has recorded 1.3 million registered users. However, Chaiyanok acknowledged a recent slowdown in new registrations. This trend is attributed to digital inequality, as current usage is heavily concentrated in urban areas. The platform has yet to effectively reach marginalized populations who lack access to affordable internet services.
