Energy Ministry Files Complaint Against Rama 9 Data Center for Illegal Fuel Storage

The complaint alleges a violation of Section 65 of the Fuel Control Act (1999), which governs controlled businesses of the third category. Under this legislation, operating without a permit carries a potential penalty of up to two years in prison, a fine of up to 200,000 baht, or both.
