Fire Reported at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, emergency services were alerted to a fire at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, located on Pracharat Sai 1 Road in the Bang Sue district, at 6:47 a.m. on September 3, 2026.

Firefighters from the Bang Pho station arrived at the scene to find smoke billowing from the eighth floor of a nine-story building. The fire was contained within a document storage room on that level. Emergency crews successfully extinguished the flames and proceeded to ventilate smoke from the seventh and eighth floors.

Authorities confirmed that there were no injuries or fatalities resulting from the incident. While the fire was brought under control, the exact cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
