Following the incident, Deputy Governor Sritham Ratchakaew, along with provincial disaster prevention officials and municipal engineers, conducted an on-site inspection of the facility. While the cause of the tremors remains under investigation, officials noted that there were no recorded seismic activities in the Buriram area at the time. Interestingly, the vibrations were not isolated to the municipal building; reports indicate that two other large shopping centers in the city also experienced similar tremors.
