This marks his longest hiatus from training in a decade.
Zee Pruk revealed that he plans to resume his exercise regimen upon returning from an upcoming trip to the United States. His primary goal is to participate in the HYROX fitness competition for the first time next year, viewing the event as a personal challenge. He also mentioned his desire to achieve a physique similar to that of fellow actor James Jirayu. Furthermore, Zee Pruk expressed an interest in inviting his co-star, NuNew, to join him in the competition.
