According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, Liverpool FC has completed the signing of 18-year-old goalkeeper Luca Brughmans from the Belgian club Genk. The transfer, valued at £30 million, includes a six-year contract for the young talent. As part of the agreement, Brughmans will remain with Genk on loan for the duration of the current season.
Standing at two meters tall, Brughmans has been part of Genk’s youth system since 2024 and has already made four appearances for their senior team this season. This acquisition comes as Liverpool manages a crowded goalkeeping roster that currently includes Alisson Becker, Giorgi Mamardashvili, Vitezslav Jaros, and Freddie Woodman.
