On September 1, 2026, Lieutenant General Trairong Phiwphan, spokesperson for the Royal Thai Police, addressed the status of the Interpol Red Notice issued for Vorayuth 'Boss' Yoovidhya. According to the report from Khaosod Online Thailand, the spokesperson confirmed that the Red Notice remains active and is currently stored within Interpol’s internal database.
General Trairong explained that Interpol utilizes two types of Red Notices. While some are accessible to the public, others are kept confidential within the organization’s secure database to facilitate tracking by member countries. He clarified that the notice for Mr. Yoovidhya falls into the latter category, meaning it is visible only to law enforcement officials in member nations and not to the general public. The spokesperson further noted that there is currently no evidence suggesting that Mr. Yoovidhya has returned to Thailand.
