Ratchaburi Resident Wins 6 Million Baht Lottery Prize
A woman from Ratchaburi province has won the first prize in the September 1, 2026, Thai government lottery draw after purchasing a single ticket through the Lottery Plus platform.
On September 1, 2026, the Thai Government Lottery Office announced the winning numbers for the latest draw. The first prize, worth 6 million baht, was claimed by a resident of Ratchaburi province who purchased a single ticket via the online platform 'Lottery Plus.'
According to reports from Khaosod Online, the winner decided to purchase the ticket after seeing a Lottery Plus vehicle passing by. Following the announcement of the winning number 417212, the platform confirmed the win and arranged for the prize delivery. The winner reportedly took leave from work to collect the winnings from the platform's representative, known as 'Nott.'
Other winning numbers announced during the draw included 257 and 346 for the front three-digit prizes, 136 and 740 for the back three-digit prizes, and 04 for the two-digit prize.
For residents and travellers in Thailand, this event highlights the continued popularity of digital lottery platforms as a convenient alternative to traditional street vendors. While the lottery is a common cultural activity, it is important to note that participation in gambling activities involves financial risk. As of now, the official verification of the winner's identity and the final processing of the prize money by the relevant authorities remain the standard procedure following such announcements.
