Thailand Aquatic Sports Association Prepares Divers for 2026 Asian Games
Thai diving athletes are undergoing intensive training at Assumption University, supported by the national association, ahead of the 2026 Asian Games in Japan.
On August 31, 2026, representatives from the Thailand Aquatic Sports Association, including Vice Presidents General Supol Chanphong and General Phetcharat Limprasert, along with Secretary-General Thanawit Thosakul, visited the national diving team at the Assumption University Aquatic Center, Suvarnabhumi Campus. The visit was intended to provide moral support and assess the team's progress as they prepare for the 20th Asian Games in Japan.
According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the athletes are currently training under the guidance of coach Suchat Pichi and Chinese coach Bai Jianping, who was brought in to enhance the team's technical performance and competitive readiness. The association has pledged full support to the squad, which currently features two athletes who have met the qualification criteria for the upcoming games.
