Thai Women’s Volleyball Team Receives 14.76 Million Baht Bonus

According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the Thai women’s national volleyball team has been awarded a total of 14.76 million baht by the National Sports Development Fund. This bonus follows the team's recent success at the 2026 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship, where they defeated host nation China to secure the title.

In addition to the championship win, the team earned qualification for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles and the 2027 World Championship. The decision to grant an additional 3 million baht in bonuses was finalized during the 10th meeting of the National Sports Development Fund’s executive committee, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Songsak Thongsri via video conference.
