According to Khaosod Online, the Thailand Knowledge Park (TK Park) is actively positioning board games as a vital tool for modern learning. Beyond traditional classroom settings, the organization emphasizes that board games encourage critical thinking, strategic planning, and collaborative communication among diverse age groups.
To support this initiative, TK Park has established the TK Board Game Club and launched the 'Book on Board' project, which focuses on nurturing local game designers. These efforts culminated in the 'Thai Board Game Journey 2026,' a platform where designers can refine prototypes through expert feedback and explore commercial partnerships. Most recently, the organization hosted the Bangkok International Game Festival 2026 on August 29, 2026, at TK Park @centralwOrld, highlighting the growing international interest in the Thai board game scene.
