Bangkok Expressway Expansion: M82 and Rama 3 Connectivity Update

According to Prachachat Business, the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) is preparing to open the Rama 3 expressway by the end of 2026. This development follows the Department of Highways' recent launch of the 25-kilometer M82 elevated motorway, connecting Bang Khun Thian, Ekachai, and Ban Phaeo, which has been operational without tolls since August 28, 2026.

For residents and travelers, the completion of the Rama 3 route is expected to significantly improve traffic flow between the city center and the southern outskirts.
