Real estate developer Lalin Property has introduced a new campaign offering up to 24 months of mortgage payment relief for homes priced between 2 and 10 million baht.
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, Lalin Property is launching a promotional campaign titled “Phak Phon” (Rest and Relax) to stimulate the residential market this September. The initiative aims to alleviate financial burdens for homebuyers by offering a suspension of mortgage payments for up to 24 months.
The campaign applies to various property types, including detached houses, new-concept homes, and townhomes, with prices ranging from 2 million to 10 million baht. Participating projects include the Lanceo, Lio, Baan Lalin, and Lalin Green Ville brands, located across Bangkok and its surrounding metropolitan areas. The developer intends for this offer to assist first-time buyers, young couples, and expanding families in managing their liquidity.
