Police Arrest Man Accused of Drugging Family and Assaulting Stepdaughter
Authorities in Pathum Thani have arrested a man following allegations of drugging a family and sexually assaulting his stepdaughter over several years.
On August 31, 2026, representatives from the 'Pen Nueng' foundation accompanied a 41-year-old mother and her 19-year-old daughter to the Khu Khot Police Station in Pathum Thani province. They sought to expedite a legal case involving serious allegations against a man accused of drugging the entire household to sexually assault the daughter, who was 15 at the time the alleged abuse began in December 2023.
The victims reported that the suspect used threats, including the use of a firearm, and exhibited extreme jealousy and harassment to maintain control over them for years. The mother eventually sought assistance from the foundation and the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) to ensure the case proceeded. Following the report, police apprehended the suspect at his residence.
