The primary concerns raised include the appointment process of Nattawut Wongniam as a member of the 12th sub-committee for adjudication in 2019. Somchai is seeking to identify which commissioner proposed this appointment and whether a thorough background check was conducted, given the sub-committee's role in screening election-related cases. Additionally, the petition calls for an ethics investigation into Commissioner Thiticheat Nuchnart regarding a CCTV clip that allegedly shows him handing an envelope containing 300,000 baht to the Auditor General.
