Nestlé Addresses Allegations Regarding Former Executives and QCP

Nestlé has issued a statement refuting allegations concerning two former executives linked to Quality Coffee Products (QCP). The company asserts that its business relationship with QCP was conducted in full compliance with corporate governance and relevant laws.

According to Nestlé, police recently issued summonses for two individuals—one a former QCP employee and the other a former coordinator—regarding a complaint filed by Prayudh Mahagitsiri. Nestlé clarified that these individuals are no longer employed by the company and had already left Thailand due to resignation and retirement before the summonses were issued. Consequently, the summonses were sent to addresses where the individuals no longer reside or work. Nestlé understands that arrest warrants may have been issued due to the failure to appear, but emphasizes that these warrants are procedural and do not reflect a judicial ruling on the merits of Mr. Mahagitsiri’s allegations.

For residents and expatriates, this situation highlights an ongoing legal dispute following the termination of the joint venture between Nestlé and QCP on December 31, 2024.
