Authorities in Phuket are investigating the death of a 43-year-old Russian man discovered in his condominium in Kathu district.
On August 30, 2026, local police in Kathu, Phuket, were alerted to a death inside a condominium unit. According to Khaosod Online Thailand, officers arrived at the scene to find the body of a 43-year-old Russian national lying face down beside a bed.
Preliminary assessments by forensic doctors from Vachira Phuket Hospital suggest that the individual had been deceased for approximately three days prior to the discovery. Initial inspections of the room revealed no signs of a struggle or foul play, and the victim's personal belongings remained undisturbed.
