Key proposals include a request for 25 billion baht in soft loans to support the recovery of Hat Yai. In the short term, the Chamber suggests utilizing local culinary heritage through a project titled "Songkhla: The World's Dining Table." Furthermore, the proposal emphasizes upgrading the deep-sea port to enhance logistics and support the tourism industry, which is viewed as a pillar for regional stability.
