Thai Celebrity Rusameekae to Run 200km Following National Volleyball Team's Olympic Qualification

Following the historic victory of the Thai women's national volleyball team, who defeated China 3-2 to defend their Asian championship and secure a place in the 2028 Olympic Games, popular actor and television host Rusameekae Faukuealun has announced his intention to fulfill a personal vow.

According to Khaosod Online, Rusameekae previously promised to run 100 laps around the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) if the team qualified for the Olympics. He noted that since one lap around the temple complex measures approximately two kilometers, he intends to complete a total distance of 200 kilometers. The actor plans to complete this challenge over the course of approximately two months, emphasizing that he will perform the runs individually rather than as part of a group gathering.
