For residents and visitors, the Governor emphasized that air quality monitoring across Bangkok has shown normal levels, with no dangerous toxic gases detected in the atmosphere. While the fire is contained, shop owners are currently prohibited from entering the site to ensure safety while forensic teams prepare to investigate the cause, which is expected to begin as early as tomorrow.
Approximately 200 affected vendors are currently being assisted with temporary relocation plans. The Governor expects the fire to be completely extinguished within one to two days.
