On Friday, August 28, 2026, Professor (Special) Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, President of the Chulalongkorn University Council, conducted an official visit to the Faculty of Medicine at Chulalongkorn University. According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, the visit was hosted by Associate Professor Dr. Jirut Sriwattanachote, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Director of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital.
The primary focus of the visit was to review the institution's latest medical innovations. Faculty leadership presented updates on the Digital Health Innovation program and the AI Validation Center, which aim to modernize clinical practices. Additionally, the delegation discussed international collaborations, specifically regarding the School Health platform and various Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) designed to expand the university's global medical reach.
