On August 29, 2026, a DOPA SWAT team led by Deputy Interior Ministers Phonphir Suwannachwee and Worasit Liangprasert executed a raid on a nightclub in the Huai Khwang district of Bangkok. Notably, the venue had previously been issued an official closure order last year, yet continued to function.
During the operation, which took place at approximately 01:40, authorities discovered narcotics on the premises. Furthermore, three individuals present at the club tested positive for drug use.
