Mr. Woradet Changbu, a former director of the Provincial Office of Buddhism acting as an advisor to the heirs, highlighted a discrepancy in the temple’s abbot appointment certificate, which is dated 1992. He noted that the official gazette announcement establishing Wat Pa Adulyaram did not occur until 1998, raising questions about how an abbot could be appointed six years prior to the temple's legal formation.
