Sansiri Expands Green Energy Model to 18 Communities Nationwide
Real estate developer Sansiri is scaling its T77 clean energy model to 18 communities across Thailand, aiming to further reduce carbon emissions.
According to a report by Prachachat Business, major Thai real estate developer Sansiri is advancing its 'eco-friendly' property strategy. The company plans to expand its T77 clean energy model—a project previously established as a prototype for sustainable living—to 18 additional communities throughout Thailand.
Uthai Uthaisangsuk, a senior executive at Sansiri, stated that the company has already successfully reduced carbon emissions by over 7,000 tons through energy-saving structural installations. As part of this ongoing initiative, Sansiri is collaborating with King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) to research and develop precast construction solutions designed to enhance energy efficiency in residential homes.
For residents and potential property investors, this expansion signifies a shift toward more sustainable urban living environments in Thailand.
