Water Resource Management Planning for Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan
The Department of Water Resources has initiated the first small-group consultation for a master plan covering water management in the Phetchaburi-Prachuap Khiri Khan basin.
On August 26, 2026, the Department of Water Resources (DWR) announced that the 7th Office of Water Resources participated in the first small-group meeting regarding the master plan for water resource management in the Phetchaburi-Prachuap Khiri Khan basin. This project, designated as the 'Phase 1 Improvement' (2023–2037), aims to establish a long-term framework for managing water resources across these two provinces.
