Krungthai Card PCL Acquires Win Performance to Expand Debt Collection Capabilities
KTC has finalized a 295 million baht deal to acquire 100% of Win Performance, integrating the debt collection firm into its financial group.
According to a report by Prachachat Business on August 25, 2026, Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) has completed the acquisition of Win Performance, a debt collection service provider. The transaction, valued at 295 million baht, grants KTC full ownership of the company, which will now operate as a subsidiary within the Krungthai financial group.
KTC management stated that this strategic move is intended to enhance the company's cost management efficiency and generate new revenue streams through future collaborative efforts. By bringing debt collection operations in-house, KTC aims to strengthen its internal financial infrastructure.
For residents and expatriates in Thailand, this development reflects ongoing consolidation within the local financial services sector. While this acquisition primarily concerns corporate operations and internal debt management, it highlights the evolving landscape of consumer credit and financial services in the country. As of now, the specific operational changes that customers might experience regarding their accounts or debt management processes remain to be confirmed. KTC has not yet detailed how this integration will impact individual service protocols or customer-facing policies.
