NACC Charges Officials Over Illegal Land Title Issuance in Forest Reserves

According to a report by Thai Post on August 25, 2026, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has announced findings regarding three cases of illegal land title issuance. Mongkol Srisawang, Director of the Bureau of Investigation for Corruption in Natural Resources and Environmental Security, stated that the NACC has resolved to pursue criminal and severe disciplinary charges against Anek Lueangthongkham, the former director of the land survey center covering Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Nakhon Sawan, and Phichit provinces, along with his associates.
