Sansiri Reports Strong Condo Sales and Expansion Plans in Phuket

According to a report by Prachachat Business, the major Thai property developer Sansiri has announced that its condominium sales reached 16 billion baht during the first seven months of 2026. This figure represents approximately 70% of the company's annual sales target.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Sansiri plans to launch nine new projects. A significant portion of this expansion is centered on Phuket, which will account for 36% of the company's portfolio for the remainder of the year. Additionally, the developer is preparing to hand over seven completed projects valued at 18.6 billion baht.
