According to a report by Thai Post on August 24, 2026, the Rubber Authority of Thailand (RAOT) has officially upgraded its rubber learning center in Khon Kaen to a 'Smart Learning Center.' This initiative aims to establish a hub for agricultural innovation and technology transfer, focusing on long-term sustainability for local farmers.
A primary objective of this upgrade is to promote the use of milk-based amino acid bio-fermented water. This organic solution is intended to help farmers reduce production costs while simultaneously increasing crop yields. The Khon Kaen facility will serve as a pilot model for these techniques, which the RAOT plans to eventually expand to a network of 33 centers across 10 provinces in the upper Northeastern region of Thailand.
