The first phase of the Araya The Eastern Gateway warehouse project has reached 100% occupancy, prompting plans for a 20,000-square-meter expansion.
According to a report by Prachachat Business, the 'Araya The Eastern Gateway' warehouse project has achieved full occupancy for its initial phase. The facility is currently being utilized by Teracool Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Following this strong demand, Araya Land Development, led by Managing Director Kamolkan Kongkathong, has announced plans to expand the facility. A second phase, adding 20,000 square meters of space, is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027.
