ARAYA Industrial Hub Expands to Attract High-Tech Investment

ARAYA Land Development is expanding its industrial hub by 20,000 square meters to accommodate advanced electronics and AI-linked manufacturing.

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, ARAYA Land Development is moving forward with the second phase of its 'ARAYA Industrial and Logistics Hub.' The expansion will add approximately 20,000 square meters of space to meet rising demand from investors in the advanced electronics, technology, and logistics sectors.

Managing Director Kamolkan Kongkathong stated that the company is shifting its focus toward industries integrated with artificial intelligence, aiming to position Thailand as a competitive alternative to manufacturing hubs in Vietnam and Indonesia. The project is attracting interest from investors across Asia, the United States, and Europe. The company emphasizes that modern tenants are seeking integrated business environments that combine manufacturing, research and development, logistics, and employee facilities in a single location.

For residents and expatriates, this development signals a broader shift in Thailand’s industrial landscape toward high-tech sectors, which may influence local economic growth and professional opportunities in the technology corridor. While the company is actively engaging with potential tenants, the specific list of incoming companies and the final timeline for the completion of the second phase remain to be confirmed. The developer noted that while AI and data centers are part of the broader trend, the hub is designed to support a diverse range of future-oriented industrial activities.
