Former national team player Suchao Nuchnum has officially retired from professional football at age 43 to focus on youth development in Kanchanaburi.
According to Khaosod Online, 43-year-old former Thai national football team player Suchao Nuchnum has officially announced his retirement from professional football. Throughout his decorated career, Suchao secured 25 domestic championship titles. Despite receiving offers from various clubs across Thai League 1, 2, and 3, he has chosen to conclude his playing career to dedicate his time to the 'Kob Suchao Academy.'
Suchao’s transition into coaching involves managing the football program at Wisuttharangsri School, the oldest secondary school in Kanchanaburi, with the goal of nurturing local youth talent. For residents and visitors in Kanchanaburi, this shift marks a significant development in the local sports landscape, as a high-profile figure commits to grassroots athletic infrastructure in the province.
