Van Driver Arrested for Theft from Chinese Tourist in Koh Samui

According to a report from Khaosod Online Thailand, the arrest followed allegations that the driver stole cash from a Chinese tourist and concealed the money under the driver's seat.
Authorities, led by Bo Phut Police Station Superintendent Pol. Col. Kanchawit Pho-prasit, recovered evidence including two 100-US dollar bills and two 10,000-yen notes, totaling approximately 20,000 Thai Baht in value. The operation involved a joint effort between local police and the Tourist Police.
