The video shows the elderly suspect approaching the neighbor's entrance, placing what appeared to be newspaper on the ground, and igniting it with a flammable liquid. Local police, as cited by Sin Chew Daily, confirmed the arrest and stated that the act was allegedly motivated by long-standing frustration over the neighbor’s habit of playing loud music. Fortunately, the fire was extinguished promptly, and no injuries were reported.
