Sansiri Analyzes Thailand's Real Estate Outlook for Late 2026

Sansiri reports that demand for prime-location condominiums and luxury homes remains resilient despite broader market caution.

According to a report by Prachachat Business published on August 23, 2026, Sansiri Public Company Limited has provided an outlook for Thailand's real estate market in the second half of the year. Phumipak Julmanichoti, Chief Strategy Officer at Sansiri, noted that the market requires close monitoring of purchasing power as developers adjust their strategies to align with existing demand.

Despite a cautious economic environment, the company observed that specific segments continue to perform well. Notably, condominiums situated in prime locations and single-detached homes priced at 10 million baht and above remain viable, showing sustained interest from buyers. Developers are currently focusing on these segments to maintain sales momentum and capitalize on pockets of remaining purchasing power.

For residents and potential investors, this analysis suggests that while the broader property market faces challenges, high-end and well-located assets remain stable. However, the long-term impact of these market conditions on broader housing affordability and the potential for further developer strategy shifts remain to be confirmed. Observers should continue to monitor how these trends influence new project launches and pricing strategies throughout the remainder of 2026.
