Tragic Motorcycle Accident Claims Two Lives in Nakhon Ratchasima
A mother and her two daughters were involved in a fatal collision with a truck on the Mittraphap Highway, resulting in the deaths of the children.
On August 22, 2026, a tragic road accident occurred on the Mittraphap Highway (Highway 2) in Nakhon Ratchasima province, according to a report by Khaosod Online. Local police from the Cho Ho station were notified at approximately 5:30 PM regarding a collision involving a motorcycle and a six-wheeled truck near the Region 3 Post Office in Ban Pho sub-district.
Upon arrival, emergency responders from the Hook 31 rescue unit discovered a middle-aged woman and two young girls suffering from severe injuries. The victims were found near their Honda motorcycle, which had collided with the rear right side of a stationary six-wheeled truck. Despite immediate first aid and transport to Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital, the two daughters succumbed to their injuries. The mother remains in critical condition.
