Honda Thailand Seeks Increased Quota for Super-ONE EV Amid High Demand
Honda Thailand is negotiating with its Japanese parent company to secure additional units of the Super-ONE electric vehicle following overwhelming local interest.
According to a report by Prachachat Business, Honda Thailand has experienced significant interest in its imported electric vehicle, the Honda Super-ONE. The initial allocation of 30 units has been fully reserved, while current market demand has surged to approximately 300 vehicles.
In response to this high demand, Honda Thailand is actively negotiating with its parent company in Japan to request an increased quota for the Thai market. Koji Iwanami, President of Honda Thailand, confirmed that customers who secured the first batch of vehicles are scheduled to receive their cars in November 2026.
For residents and potential buyers in Thailand, this development highlights the growing appetite for imported electric vehicle models.
