Songkhla Prepares for Mobile Cabinet Meeting

According to Thai Post, Songkhla province is currently preparing to host the government’s first mobile cabinet meeting of 2026. The event is scheduled to take place from August 31 to September 1.

As part of the local preparations, officials have arranged for cabinet members to wear 'Ratchawat' patterned fabric during the proceedings. Additionally, 'Bupha Borommarachini Nat' batik fabric has been selected for evening activities. To highlight local craftsmanship, attendees will also receive banana rope bags produced by OTOP (One Tambon One Product) artisans from Hat Yai as souvenirs. The government stated that the primary objective of this meeting is to integrate various sectors to ensure the event provides maximum benefit to the region.
