The conflict involves the heir of a deceased individual who allegedly sold the land to an acquaintance, who subsequently transferred it to the temple in 1998. After 28 years of the temple occupying the site, the heir has challenged the ownership, reportedly bringing a backhoe to the property to begin clearing the land.
