According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, AP Thailand has launched a strategic campaign for the third quarter of 2026 aimed at boosting the real estate market. The developer is offering a 'Smooth Installment 0% for 5 Years' promotion covering over 80 semi-detached home projects throughout Bangkok and its surrounding provinces.
In collaboration with Kasikornbank (KBank), Krung Thai Bank (KTB), and Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), the initiative provides buyers with a 0% interest rate for up to five years. Additionally, the company is offering discounts of up to 2 million baht and has announced the launch of four new projects. Metha Raktham, Deputy Chief Business Group Officer at AP Thailand, stated that the campaign is designed to alleviate long-term financial burdens for buyers and accelerate purchasing decisions in a market currently characterized by fragile consumer spending.
