Nirat, a representative from the Ministry, confirmed that provincial legal officers will serve as the primary support system for these local entities. The initiative follows ongoing efforts to address irregularities in civil service recruitment. Regarding public speculation about the potential involvement of a former Director-General of the Department of Local Administration, officials noted that they have not yet seen specific details or names linked to the case. Furthermore, the Ministry expressed readiness to restructure the Local Government Personnel Administration Committee (GSC) if directed by policy makers.
