Poh Teck Tung Foundation Enhances Medical Infrastructure in Phichit
The Poh Teck Tung Foundation has donated a medical gas production facility and equipment worth over 3 million baht to support healthcare services in Phichit province.
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, the Poh Teck Tung Foundation has completed a project to bolster medical capabilities in Phichit province. Between August 19 and 20, 2026, foundation representatives officially opened a new building equipped with a medical gas production system.
In addition to the facility, the donation included various medical supplies and equipment, such as six electric patient beds, an automatic arm-cuff blood pressure monitor, four walkers, and ten canes. The total value of this contribution is reported at 3,022,860 baht. The foundation stated that this initiative aligns with its mission to support sustainable life-saving efforts and assist medical personnel in providing care to the local population. Furthermore, the foundation provided financial assistance and supplies to recipients of artificial limbs during the 179th mobile royal artificial limb unit project.
